Harmonic Energy Inc. (“Harmonic”) is a project development company that provides a comprehensive solution to the disposition of scrap tires worldwide. The solution utilized by Harmonic combines technologies that ensure that each scrap tire is either remanufactured and put back on the road as a new tire or is recycled and reduced into marketable chemical commodity products. Both the tire remanufacturing and Tyrolysis™ technology utilized by Harmonic are commercially proven and in operation independently around the world.

Going forward
Harmonic is now in the process of funding the upgrades for the first of ten plants the Company plans for North America and Europe in the next five years. Over the past five years, the Harmonic management has invested significant amounts of capital and sweat equity obtaining the technologies and know how that will dispose of scrap tires in a profitable manner. A small modular Harmonic plant will:
- Dispose of tires without government, consumer or industry subsidies
- Produce carbon credits rather than generating significant CO2 emissions
- Produce 250,000 new quality tires at less than half the cost of new with the same warranty
- Produce millions of litres of refined diesel fuel oil annually from a single plant
- Produce millions of kilograms of carbon black.
